My Journey: From NHS to Holistic Healing
For 27 years, I worked as a nurse within the NHS, dedicating my career to helping others. But like many of my clients, I didn’t realise how close I was to burnout until my health forced me to look for deeper healing.
Through CranioSacral Therapy, Bio-Resonance Healing, Postural Alignment Therapy, and Healing From the Core, I found a way to reset my nervous system, release tension, and heal on a deeper level.

This personal transformation led me to train extensively in holistic therapies. In 2010, I left the NHS to pursue a new path, one that allows me to help others heal in a way that goes beyond just treating symptoms.
